Note: Her maiden name is unknown. She was previously married to Fred Caniff by whom she had sons; Clarence and Terry. Fred Caniff died in 1956. She lived for several years at Cumberland Manor in Lowell, Michigan. Her obit indicates she called that place home and was very happy there.
