Bevier, James H. (b. ABT 1844, d. 1 JUN 1864)
Note: In 1860, he was living with his uncle, Amos Cowell, in Niles Township, Cayuga County, New York. He died during the battle of Cold Harbor in Virginia during the Civil War. He was a Pvt. in the 9th New York Artillery having enlisted in August 1862. His parents Mahala and David received a pension for his Civil War service.
