Note: He lived in Delta County, Colorado in 1885. In 1900, his date of birth is listed as Jan 1851 and he is 49 years old. He lived in Grand Junction, Colorado in 1910 and 1920. In 1910, two grandchildren are living with him, William M. and Edwin B. Conley. In 1920, a grandson named Edward BeVier Conley, born about 1902 in Colorado, parents not known. In 1930, he resided in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Bevier, Samuel E. (b. ABT 1847, d. ?)
Note: During Civil War he enlisted 8/31/1864 in Elmira, NY to Battery A, 3rd Artillery. He was mustered out of service at Trenton, New Jersey on Jun 13, 1865. He moved to Michigan. He was a resident of Saranac, Ionia County, Michigan in 1890. According to the Civil War Pension Index, his widow, Sarah A. Bevier, filed for a pension for his Civil War service in Michigan.
